Overview
Grace Field House seems like the perfect home. The children there are well fed, well educated, and deeply loved by their caretaker, whom they all call Mom. Emma, Norman, and Ray are the brightest of the group, scoring top marks on every test and enjoying an idyllic childhood behind the orphanage walls. But one forbidden discovery shatters that peace forever: the outside world they are not allowed to see is not the paradise they imagined, and their happy home is hiding a terrifying secret. With time running out and danger closing in, the three friends must outthink the adults who control their lives and plan an escape no child was ever meant to attempt. The Promised Neverland is a masterclass in tension, turning every test score, every meal, and every quiet conversation into a move in a deadly game of wits.
