Overview
No One Will Miss Us is a nostalgic coming-of-age drama set in a Mexican high school in the 1990s, where five self-described losers run a secret homework business. Because nobody suspects the nerds, Alex, Tenoch, Marifer, Daniela and Memo turn quiet cleverness into money and unexpected popularity. Beneath the jokes, though, the series is really about friendship under pressure: first crushes, family expectations, and the fear of being left behind all complicate a plan that once seemed simple. When an unexpected death shakes the group, the second season follows the remaining friends into their senior year, still grieving, still running their business, and now facing competition and an uncertain future beyond school. Warm, funny, and bittersweet, the show captures the feeling of a time when friendships felt permanent and every small choice seemed huge. It is an easy, emotional watch for anyone who remembers high school as both the best and hardest years of their life.
