Overview
Kang Ji-yun runs a successful headhunting firm with ruthless efficiency and almost no life outside the office. Work is her language, her armor and her excuse, and she has no patience for anything that cannot be measured, filed or closed. Then Yoo Eun-ho arrives as her new secretary: warm, meticulous and impossible to rattle, a single father whose calm competence quietly reorganizes her days. He notices what she misses, steadies what she rushes past and refuses to be intimidated by her reputation. As the two navigate demanding clients, office rivalries and the messy loyalties of the people around them, a professional partnership begins to soften into something neither of them planned. Love Scout is a bright, grown-up workplace romance about two people who are excellent at their jobs and far less sure about their hearts, and about learning that letting someone in is not the same as losing control.

Why Watch Love Scout?
Watch it for a romance that feels adult, funny and genuinely warm. Han Ji-min and Lee Jun-hyuk have an easy, teasing chemistry, and the office setting gives their slow-burn story real stakes without losing its lightness. It is the kind of drama that makes a long day feel better: smart about work, kind about family, and confident enough to let its leads fall in love at their own pace.
