Overview

Broadcast live from Bravo’s New York clubhouse, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen turns the celebrity interview into a late-night party game. Each night, Andy Cohen welcomes guests — most often stars of Bravo’s reality universe, but also actors, musicians and pop-culture figures — for loose, unscripted conversation punctuated by viewer questions, drinking games and the show’s famously blunt segments. Nothing here is overly polished, and that is the point: the appeal lies in the off-the-cuff answers, the awkward pauses and the moments when a guest says more than they planned to. Over more than fifteen years, the format has become a nightly barometer of reality television itself, where reunions are previewed, feuds are addressed and memes are born. It is less a traditional talk show than a nightly clubhouse gathering, hosted by a man who knows his audience’s obsessions because he shares them.
