Overview
Krish Kapoor is a struggling musician with a voice full of feeling and a career going nowhere, until he meets Vaani Batra, a young writer whose words give his songs a new shape. Mohit Suri’s romantic musical follows their creative partnership as it turns into love, then tests that love against illness, ambition, and the pressures of the music industry. Ahaan Panday plays Krish with raw, earnest energy, while Aneet Padda brings quiet strength to Vaani, whose own story is marked by loss and resilience. The film is built around its songs, which carry the romance through concert stages, recording studios, and moments of private heartbreak. It is unabashedly emotional, romantic in the old Bollywood sense, and most affecting when it lets music say what its characters cannot.
Why Watch Saiyaara?
Watch it for its hit soundtrack and sincere central romance, for two striking debut performances, and for a musical love story that wears its heart openly on its sleeve.
