All of Us Are Dead

2022 • TMDB 8.3 • 1 season • 12 episodes • Action & Adventure, Drama, Sci-Fi & Fantasy • Netflix

Overview

At Hyosan High School, an ordinary school day turns into a nightmare when a science experiment gone wrong unleashes a zombie virus. Within hours, the classrooms and corridors are overrun, and a small group of students — led by On-jo and Cheong-san — must barricade themselves in, scavenge for supplies, and make impossible choices about who to trust. Based on Joo Dong-geun’s webtoon, All of Us Are Dead is more than a zombie thriller: it is a coming-of-age story played out under siege, where friendships, first loves and old grudges are tested as brutally as any flesh-eating horde. The action is relentless and inventive, but what lingers is the human cost — every escape attempt carries a price, and not everyone makes it out. With a young cast giving it everything, it became one of Netflix’s biggest Korean hits, and its cliffhanger ending left fans hungry for the promised second season.
