Overview
In 1919 Birmingham, a city still scarred by the Great War, the Shelby family runs the streets with razor blades sewn into the peaks of their caps and ambition burning in their eyes. At their head is Tommy Shelby, a decorated veteran turned gangster whose cold intelligence and ruthless drive carry the family from backstreet bookmaking to the heights of British power. As the Peaky Blinders expand into London, face down rival gangs, police chiefs, fascists and their own demons, loyalty becomes the family’s greatest weapon and its greatest weakness. Peaky Blinders is a gangster epic of flat caps, tailored suits and cigarette smoke, a story of a family fighting to rise no matter the cost.
